Order processing times
Most orders ship within three days. When we're extra busy, it may take up to 7 days. We ship from Durham, Ontario Canada N0G 1R0.
If you have placed a preorder and have multiple items in your cart, all items will be shipped together.
Enjoy free shipping in Canada and the US on orders over $150
Canadian and USA packages are shipped via Canada Post/USPS or via Courier.
Other International orders ship via Small Packet International Air (6-10 days - no tracking) or Small Packet International Surface for wool parcels (2-3 months - no tracking).
Duties and Taxes - USA and worldwide
There may be import duties/taxes/fees applied by your country. These fees are not included in our shipping fees and they are your responsibility as the customer.
Note: Packages imported into the USA whose declared value is under $800 will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by Customs Border Protection.
